Our founder, Jamie Moore, brings over 20 years of extensive real estate experience to the table. Since 2002, he has executed over $1.5 billion in transactions and acquired more than 234 properties across 24 states. His experience includes loan structure, development, portfolio acquisitions, commercial and high-end property re-development throughout southern California, Lake Tahoe, and Sun Valley, ID. When he's not working, Jamie spends his early mornings climbing and skiing the peaks surrounding Sun Valley, ID, where he resides with his wife and two children.
